Therapeutic counselling and services :

In medico-social facilities :

I organize well-being-related activities for the body and the mind to help relieve physical pain or discomfort, stimulate sensory perceptions and memory. 


In the workplace :

I work with companies to improve internal interactions, communication and information sharing, prevent psychosocial risks, developp a positive and dynamic workplace environnement, help through structural changes or crisis management.

Working most of my life in public relations, communication and coaching in France and abroad, including ten years in the Armed Forces, I chose to engage further in helping relationships, counselling and well-being. My longstanding interest in natural therapy and psycho-corporal care has led me to train in sophrology and neuro-linguistic programming ✦

Sessions :

  • Individual sessions (1h-1h30): a personalized approach to your needs and objectives, based on sophrology and NLP techniques adapted to you, your personality and way of living.
  • Group sessions ((1h30): sophrology group sessions for self-care and self-reconnection, to help reduce stress, anxiety, physical pain, and feel better in your everyday life. A moment together to relax and let go, cultivate inner and outer peace, joy and serenity, restore balance between body and mind.

    Next sessions at Centre O on Fridays 08 and 22 April, 13 and 27 May, 10 and 24 June from 18h to 19h30.

  • Thematic workshops (1h30): group sessions on specific topic such as breathing, body and mind balance, stress management, sleep quality, etc.

Sessions can be held at my practice in Orange or Le Pontet, as well as online (using Zoom or Skype).

Languages available are French and English.


Sophrology and NLP sessions do not replace medical advice or treatment.

Prices :

  • Individual sessions: 55 €
  • Group sessions: 25 €
  • Discount price for students, job-seekers and pensioners (45 € /individual session, 20 € /group session).
  • A cost estimate for interventions in the workplace or in medico-social facilities, such as nursing and retirement homes, will be provided on request.
